What does it take to become your very best self!?


Bringing your best every single day is a process. There will be good days, bad days, and uncomfortable days. But if you want change you need to make changes!


These are the steps required to be successful with your personal goals!


  1. DESIRE - It all starts with an idea… A reason… a goal! What do you want? Who do you want to be? What is it that you absolutely NEED!? This needs to be your driving factor… (Your WHY!) You need to remind yourself of this every single day, because, this is your motivation! This is the reason you doing what you are doing!

  2. CREATE - This is the plan! What do you need to do to get where you want to be? This needs to be a detailed plan, schedule, routine that you will do daily. If you don’t have a plan, you will never have success. Use your resources… find a coach… hire a trainer… hire a professional to help you fill in the gaps and create the best possible plan for you on your personal journey. Train smart. Don’t be afraid to ask for help when you need it!

  3. PERFORM - Don’t just do the plan... EXECUTE the plan! Bring your best, do your best, be all in! Sure, there will be days that are harder, and mentally and physically challenging but this is where the magic happens. Dig deep and find what you are made of! I guarantee when you are ready to stop - you still have a little bit extra left in the tank!

  4. DISCOVER - This is a personal journey. You will find out so much about yourself and who you are. Find the limits, break the limits, and see who you can become. Find a new level, find a way. You need to be willing to test your own mental, physical and emotional strength. Find your strengths & find your weaknesses!

  5. REFLECT - Look back, only to see how far you have come. What went well? What did not go well? What did you learn? How do you feel? Who have you become in this process? What still needs work?

  6. ADAPT & OVERCOME - When things don’t go your way, what will you do? You ONLY have 2 options - give up, /or keep moving forward? You are making the most change when you are faced with these difficult challenges and internal decisions. There will be fear, doubt and complications in the process. Identify these moments as opportunities for personal growth. Your job is to find a way to overcome these problems. This is where you need to make adjustments, re-plan, re-organize and REPEAT!


Now go out there and give it everything you have got, and then a little bit more!
